Shipping Policy

Prices are shown in US dollar. For convertion, we recommend using a currency converter. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We don't collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widly around the world.

 

We ship items out as soon as posible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 1-3 business days to allow processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, we will send you emails for notification. Please be informed that orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because network items are special products, we don't accept returns or exchanges unless the part is defective. You have 7 calender days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in good condition. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it notify you that we have received your returned item. If it is indeed a defective part, we we will send you a brand new replacement immediately. If you want to get a refund, we will initiate a refund to your account. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the issuer's policy.
